Care Group: Depression & Anxiety

If you’re navigating the challenges of depression or anxiety, you don’t have to do it alone. This 8-week care group provides a supportive, confidential space to share, learn, and find encouragement alongside others who understand.
The group meets on Tuesday evenings, 6:00-8:00 pm, starting on January 27, 2026, through March 17, offering practical tools, faith-based insight, and a caring community as you take steps toward healing and hope.
The cost to attend is $20 and covers all necessary materials.
(KidCare is available for Infants to 5th graders, but pre-registration is required. Look for the link in your confirmation email.)
