Our Jr. High and High School students have the opportunity to partner with LovetheLou in St. Louis from August 7 to 10. Each year this mission has challenged our students to really live out the gospel and what it means to be good neighbors. This is a great opportunity for our students not to waste their summer and have an experience that can help them figure out how God has wired them to serve others.
We will spend most of our days doing work projects in St. Louis and building relationships with the students who participate in the LovetheLou mentor program. On Wednesday night, each student will be able to choose from one of three fun activities for a late night out! We plan to go to The City Museum in STL, The Main Event in Chesterfield, and the Amphitheater in Chesterfield, for an outdoor movie! So, encourage your students to talk to their friends ahead of time to choose which night activity they’ll want to go to!
We'll leave from the Hub entrance at noon on August 7, then return on August 10 at 4:00 PM. $150 covers all trip expenses.
