Intentional Families Workshop
October 16 | 12:00 PM
As parents, we all hope to raise healthy kids, create lasting family memories and make the most of every moment. But then, life happens and our best intentions fly out the window! Soccer practice, piano lessons, making lunches, and helping with algebra... before we know it, another year has flown by.
We talk to parents all the time who WANT to be intentional with their family but just don't know how to. We've also seen what a difference a few simple steps and some clear direction can make for a family. We want to help!
If this sounds like you, make plans for your whole family to join us on Sunday, October 16 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM.
Melissa Sandel, our Director of Ministries, and Chris Sandel, our Director of Family Ministries, will guide your family through several strategic discussion tools. This is not just another teaching time. Instead, our team will guide you as YOU make a plan.
During our time together, your family will circle around your own table to:
- Give everyone a chance to share honestly about what is going well and what is not.
- Determine what is most important to your family.
- Create intentional goals to grow as a family.
- Walk away with an intentional plan for this next season.
The Intentional Families Workshop is great for all families but it is perfect for families with teens and older kids as they get a chance to help make plans for the family and buy into the plans you make. We HIGHLY encourage children in 3rd grade and up to participate alongside parents. (KidCare is available for kids 2nd grade and younger.)
The cost to attend is $30 per family and includes pizza for lunch as well as all the resources your family will need to create an Intentional Family Plan. Scholarships are available so contact us if cost is an obstacle.
