This Leader Alignment Form is a tool by which we call potential leaders to align with our mission, vision and values with the goal of honoring Jesus every step of the way.

Your responses on this form neither qualify you for nor disqualify you from leadership. Rather, they start a conversation with a ministry staff member about your current alignment with West Side’s beliefs and practices, and your readiness to represent our church community as a leader. Your honesty is far more valuable and helpful to us than your responding with what you believe are the “correct” answers.
