Principals, teachers and parent educators may request food for families by filling out our form below. Our team will respond via email to confirm if we can meet your need and to coordinate a pick-up time. School staff are responsible for picking up food boxes from West Side’s Main Entrance and distributing to the families from their school community. Let us know if transportation is a concern.
