Effective June 16, SCS students and staff are no longer required to complete a daily COVID symptom screening. This decision aligns with current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
While no longer requiring a daily self-certification, health officials recommend that individuals continue to self-monitor for symptoms associated with COVID-19. Should you or your child exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms, you are encouraged to contact your health care provider for guidance and then contact the SCS Office. You must notify the SCS Office about any symptoms before you or your child attends school, practice, or any other school function.
