Lady Wildcats win Regionals

Congratulations to our Regional Champions!!!  The Lady Wildcats defeated Calvary Tuesday, Nov. 25, in the West Lincoln Regional:  43 to 23.  The girls will play Mulberry Grove Wednesday, Dec. 3, in the Sectional Championship game at 6:00 p.m.  We had a great crowd of parents and grandparents and 24 SCS students made the trip to Lincoln to support the team to their victory.  Thank you and congratulations.

 

Sign up for Holiday Care

Holiday Care is offered during Christmas Break for the following dates: December 23, 29 and 30.  If you need Holiday Care during these days, please fill out the Holiday Care Sign-Up form that was sent home with your student or stop by the school office. All completed Holiday Care Sign-Up Forms must be returned to the school office by Friday, Dec. 12, along with payment.
 

Spirit Wear orders due Dec. 5

Spirit Wear orders are due by Dec. 5.  Extra forms are available in the school office and the athletic office. All orders will be here before Christmas break. Samples are always available outside of Miss Jones’ office if you need to check on a size.   In addition to polos, T-shirts, hoodies and crew neck sweatshirts (all available in gray or red), we now have blankets and pajama pants!!!
 

Save soda can tabs

Mrs. Wamsley is collecting soda can tabs for a special project this year.  Her goal is to collect 600,000 tabs.  Please save your soda can tabs and bring them to the school office.  All of the tabs will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House.  Thank you.

Pray for our military men and women serving our country

We have several military men and women who have students, friends or family members at SCS and are deploying to serve in Iraq or Afghanistan.  Please pray specifically for these individuals, as well as all of our military men and women and their families.
